I received the product in the frame of time they gave me, or even sooner. The product did not have a couple of attachments.
As soon as I let them know, they sent me a new one (which arrived to my place before I returned the first one) and I printed a label they provided, and put my box in my front door and was picked up by the mail man.
They even sent me an e-mail to state they had recived the parcel!!
Really it is very satisfying buying like this, and being treated so well.

I’ve been a B&D fan for many years! The Dustbuster I had from them, just wore out after about 20 years! It only was a 3…volt. This one is engineered even better, since the 2 small attachments are stashed right inside. The hanging loop is great too so it’s always on the wall over the outlet for charging. All around good and the great price Amazon gave me, plus free shipping. I LOVE Amazon!!!

I would like to say that I use this one to vacumme fleas off my dog.. I live in the country and she’s very allergic to them and so i use it for her. it really helps alot. and it does a good job for other things as well…
