This vacuum is very loud but the worst problem is that it broke after a short period of having it. I wouldn’t recommend it. Get yourself something that will last longer.

I was so excited about this product and it worked great for one day. Then it started making a super shrill high noise – so loud it is literally unusable. Now to begin the fun process of trying to fix it or get our money back….

B&D PHV1800CB cordless handheld vacuum WORKS! I’ve owned several other handhelds that lose suction and power so quickly after turning them on, but not this one.
If you’re looking for a good handheld vacuum, buy this. It really does work.

I’ve used a lot of hand vac’s and this one is bar far the most powerful one I have ever used. In fact this little hand vac is probably even more powerful than your full size vac. All the dog hair that I have along the baseboards that my regular vac will not pick up got completely picked up with this little vac. It’s really easy to clean and mount on the wall.
