Group Registration
In order to make a group registration, please send by E-mail an excel sheet with all the participants names together with your postal address and contact details.
Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city) of each participant. For any further assistance please contact

You are kindly asked not to register your delegates online.
Registration
Participants are given the opportunity to register for the congress and social events.
What' included?
The registration fee for participants includes admission to all scientific sessions, congress bag, Final Programme, Abstract Supplement, Social Evening, Lunch (first come, first served) and coffee during the meeting.
The fee for accompanying persons includes the Social Evening as well as access to the commercial exhibition.
The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war, etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
Payment of Fees
All fees for congress registration and social events should be paid in EUR to m:con Mannheimer Kongress- und Touristik GmbH
By cash - Cash payment is possible on-site. For your own safety please do not send cash.
By bank transfer - We kindly ask you to forward the total amount - including transaction fees - after having received your confirmation / invoice. Please refer to Sonothrombolysis 2008 and indicate your invoice number. Thank you!
By credit card - Please advise your credit card number, expiry date and cardholders name when registering for the conference. After the total amount has been deducted from your account a confirmation/receipt will be sent to you.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Oral cancellations unfortunately can not be considered. For cancellations entered before April 30th, 2008 there is a cancellation fee of 30,- Euro for each registered person.
After that date no refunds are possible. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged with 10.- Euro.
Certification
The "Landesärztekammer Baden-Württemberg" (State Medical Association) has certified this meeting with 13 credit points (CME).

The registration desk is located at the entrance hall of the Congress Center.
